Full Bridge Zones

Elba Full Bridge zone, available for induction hobs, allows you to combine two cooking areas into a single extended one, suitable for both large pans and simultaneous cooking.
The innovative rectangular shape of the inductive plates allows you to maximize efficiency over the entire cooking area.

Chef Cook Function

This special function, inspired by Italian chefs, allows the induction hob to be set to specific temperatures and keep them constant during cooking. This makes it possible to produce elaborate preparations with the results of a true chef.
