The special Easy Steam function allows the water to evaporate inside the oven cavity, improving and speeding up the cooking process. The nutritional properties of foods thus remain intact, preserving the flavors, appearance and texture of the dishes. In this way, Easy Steam function helps the food stay cooked better than the same cooking without adding moisture.
This special accessory is suitable for all kinds of meat. Through slow rotation in the oven, it guarantees very even and juicy cooking.
The rotisserie can be used with many cooking and grill functions; the meat will be cooked perfectly on the inside, whilst providing an all over-browning on the outside.
Without using any type of detergent, this function helps remove the dirt inside the oven thanks to the moisture generated by the water warming at 80-90°C.
